Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

Almost 40% of Canadians reside in Ontario. Ottawa, the capital city of Canada is also in Ontario. Toronto, the largest city in Canada is in Ontario and home to many skilled immigrants. Ontario is the centre for Canada’s political, social and economic activities. Which includes, the official home of the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the Ontario’s Provincial Nominee Program.

Under this program, prospective candidates with the right skills and experience, in demand by the province of Ontario may obtain an Ontario Provincial Nomination Certificate. This will allow the prospective candidate to apply for a Permanent Residence of Canada with a faster processing time that other Canadian immigration programs or categories.

The OINP program accepts applications under the categories below:

  • Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream, French- Speaking Skilled Worker Stream; click the link for new updates

  • Business Category: Entrepreneur stream, Corporate Stream
