Paul LeBlanc, M.A., Counselling Psychology

Paul is a  professional practitioner specializing in helping others understand their milieu and improve their career and human performance. His functional specialties include career transition, creating programmes and processes, coaching, management training, counselling, employee relations, performance management, and organization development. He provides broad experience as a Director, Manager and Internal Consultant at the division and corporate levels, and has coached through own practice in organization renewal, within corporations and for national and local firms specializing in career transition. His workplaces and clientele have included newcomers to Canada.

He has designed and implemented processes contributing to the empowerment of individuals and productivity of the organization and provided strategy for diversified manufacturing and service enterprises in private and public sectors. Expertise acquired in unionized and non-unionized settings.

Paul has 2 Bachelor degrees and a Master’s degree in counselling, and has been a member of several professional associations in Coaching, Management Training and Human Resources.  He has published 10 articles in practitioners’ professional journals and attended more than 25 multi-day professional improvement sessions.
